A few things worth knowing before you place your first house.

What is Mapula?

Mapula is an open-ended city-building browser game inspired by road playmats. Create your own map, add buildings, roads, greenery and attractions, then watch your world come to life.

Do I need to install anything or create an account?

There is no game installation or account registration. The Play now button takes you straight to the application at gram.mapula.pl. You need an internet connection to open the game.

Will my city be saved?

The game uses local browser saves. Return on the same device and in the same browser. A save is not an online account or a cloud backup. Keep the website’s data if you wish to keep your city.

What device should I play on?

A computer or a tablet with a larger screen is comfortable for building. This landing page also adapts to phones. Game performance depends on your device, browser and city size; building on a small screen may be less comfortable.

Can I play in fullscreen?

The game includes a fullscreen button. Support depends on your browser and device. On a computer, you can usually leave fullscreen by pressing Esc.

Does PL / EN / UA also change the game language?

The language switcher changes this landing page. Every version leads to the same application at gram.mapula.pl. The game’s language settings are separate.
